Owner Chris Ordway brings over 25 years of experience in the general contracting industry, overseeing projects with professionalism, precision, and a focus on client satisfaction. Originally from Indiana, Chris is known for his strong Midwestern work ethic, reliability, and helpful attitude—values that shape every aspect of how Ordway HomeGuard serves its clients. While his background is in general contracting management, Chris now enjoys rolling up his sleeves and visiting homes himself to provide high-quality, hands-on care when needed and detailed home watch services.

Chris’s wife, Dawn, is a top-producing real estate agent in Southwest Florida with Keller Williams Elevate Luxury, who brings her own deep knowledge of the housing market to help customers who would like to sell or rent out their homes. Her work often connects Ordway HomeGuard with seasonal homeowners and rental property investors who rely on trusted home watch and property monitoring services. Dawn can help place tenants in rental properties when needed with proper marketing, screening, and lease/contract services.
