Basically Home Watch for rental properties. We are your local boots on the ground handling regular check-ins, emergency response when needed, coordinating vendors and repairs, as well as storm prep as needed—while owners manage rent and tenant matters themselves to keep their property management costs down.

Dawn Ordway with Keller Williams Elevate Luxury is our partner for rental listings, tenant searches, screening, and placement. Dawn is a licensed realtor with many years of experience in home sales.
